Today’s check-ins
Each self check-in from the key drop or the lobby tablet, with the key tag, how they’re getting around and when they need the car back.
Booking, check-in & front desk
A booking page that only offers times you actually have open, a key-drop QR code for after hours, and a lobby screen that answers “is it ready yet?” Each self check-in opens a repair order on your signed-in shop devices.
Sound familiar?
The front desk work is already started
Customers request a real open time for you to accept, or check themselves in so the repair order is waiting on your signed-in devices.
Online booking
Customers pick the work and a time from your own booking page. It opens in any phone’s web browser, with no app or login.
Customers choose services and see real open times: business hours minus booked appointments, up to your bookings-at-once capacity.
Slots of 15, 30, 45 or 60 minutes, the notice you need, up to 90 days ahead, and a message on the page.
Requests land in Calendar → Requests on your signed-in devices. Accept one and the customer and vehicle are added or matched, the appointment is booked, and a confirmation text is ready to send.
On the same phone, their details are filled in for them.
Switch between day and week on the Calendar, and download appointments from Integrations as an .ics file for Google, Apple or Outlook.
Link it from your website, your Google profile or a text.
Shown greyed out here; on the real page, booked times simply don’t appear.
Self check-in

Repair order openedFront desk
One screen for the counter: who checked in, who’s waiting, where the loaners are and which rides are due.
Each self check-in from the key drop or the lobby tablet, with the key tag, how they’re getting around and when they need the car back.
Who’s waiting and for how long. On the lobby screen, their cars come right after the ready ones.
Check one out from the repair order with the odometer, fuel and a signed loaner agreement, and back in with the new readings. Fuel that comes back lower than it went out is flagged. Front Desk shows which loaners are out and with whom.
Today’s drop-offs and pick-ups with times, addresses, a map link and a done checkbox.
Lobby screen
Run the WPI Driveline Shop Management System lobby screen on a TV from a shop device. It lists every vehicle’s status by first name and last initial, ready cars first, with rotating messages, your Wi-Fi details and the check-in QR code, and pages through long lists on its own.
