Switching
Switching? Bring your data.
Import customers and vehicles, or parts inventory, from any CSV export or by pasting from a spreadsheet.
Columns are matched by common header names such as Customer, Cell, Phone, VIN, Part number and Qty on hand. Export a CSV from your current system (Shopmonkey, Tekmetric, Mitchell 1, ALLDATA Manage, Shop-Ware, NAPA TRACS, RO Writer, QuickBooks) or a spreadsheet, then check or change any match and see a preview before you import.
Customers already on file (same phone or email) aren’t added twice, and neither are vehicles whose VIN is already on file. A part number you already stock updates that part’s quantity and cost. A sample file shows the layout.
Past repair orders aren’t imported; keep your old system’s records for reference.

No. The sample shop runs in your browser, with no sign-in. It keeps its data on that device.
Can I run my old system alongside?
Yes. Import is a one-way CSV, so your old system keeps all of its records and nothing is sent back to it.
